ViscoBlend Multi-Stream Blending – Options & Configurations

The ViscoBlend Multi-Stream system enables flexible blending of multiple product streams with configurable feed options. Different supply sources can be used individually or in combination:

  • IBC totes
  • Steel tanks
  • Barrels / drums
  • Any mix of the above
  • Robust design for industrial tank installations.

→ The system is designed for maximum flexibility and scalability in blending processes.

Skid Configuration Options

Feed Sources

  • IBC Totes: 2–4 units
  • Steel Tanks: 2–4 units
  • Barrels / Drums: 2–4 units

Processing Components

  • iMix – Dynamic Inline Mixer: up to 6 ports
  • ViscoHX – Indirect Heat Exchanger: up to 6 ports
  • ViscoHX – Direct Heat Injector: up to 6 ports

Pumping Systems

  • ViscoTwin 70 Pump
  • ViscoTwin 104 Pump
  • ViscoTwin 130 Pump

Valves

  • Varivent valves

Feed Configuration Options (as shown in the diagram)

Centralized main header system. Product can be supplied from:

  • IBC totes
  • Tanks
  • Silos

Direct feed from drums or barrels
Equipped with dedicated pump
→ Suitable for smaller batches or flexible raw material handling

Individual IBC tote feeding with pump
Multiple IBC lines can be integrated
