ViscoBlend Multi-Stream Blending – Options & Configurations

The ViscoBlend Multi-Stream system enables flexible blending of multiple product streams with configurable feed options. Different supply sources can be used individually or in combination:

• IBC totes
• Steel tanks
• Barrels / drums
• Any mix of the above
• Robust design for industrial tank installations.

Option 1 – Main Header Supply

Centralized main header system. Product can be supplied from:

• IBC totes
• Tanks
• Silos

→ Standard configuration for centralized multi-source feeding

Option 2 – Drum / Barrel Feeding

Direct feed from drums or barrels
Equipped with dedicated pump
→ Suitable for smaller batches or flexible raw material handling

Option 3 – IBC Tote Feeding

Individual IBC tote feeding with pump
Multiple IBC lines can be integrated
→ Highly modular and scalable

Option 4 – Tank Feeding

Supply from fixed installed tanks
→ Ideal for continuous production setups
