ViscoClean V-Shape Spray

The ViscoClean 2.1 is a pneumatically operated cleaning device featuring a V-shape spray pattern for efficient, hygienic, and safe tank cleaning. When idle, the unit functions as a valve, sealing the tank from the supply line.

During operation, the valve stem retracts into the ball head and directs the cleaning fluid through angled channels, generating a V-shaped spray pattern that delivers targeted cleaning coverage and reaches distances of up to 20 feet.

Its retractable design prevents product buildup and protects the stem from debris such as fruit seeds, ensuring reliable performance in demanding sanitary applications.

Originally developed for cleaning ViscoMix cones, the ViscoClean 2.1 is now also used in steam injection systems and other specialized process cleaning applications.

ViscoClean Disc Shape Spray

The ViscoClean Disc Shape Spray is a sanitary cleaning device designed to reach difficult areas inside tanks and food-processing systems.

It generates a 360° disc-shaped spray pattern that sweeps along the tank wall, spraying outward and backward to efficiently remove product residue and debris.
