ViscoJet Column Agitators
ViscoJet provides three different column agitator options:
- Column Agitator with Manual Height Adjustment – This wall-mounted unit is best for small and medium containers (up to 700 mm). A floor mounting option is also available. The manual height adjustment feature is easy to use, stepless, and easily clamped into position.
- Column Agitator with Electric Height Adjustment – This wall-mounted unit is best for larger containers, up to 1,000-liter IBC totes. Electric height adjustment and quick-change couplings provide efficient mixing technology that can be customized for any application.
- Mobile Support Agitator – As easy to move as a hand truck, this solution offers the most flexibility. Wide fork spacing allows this mixer to be used with a broad range of container sizes in any location.
Technical Data
Column Agitator with Manual Height Adjustment
- Drive: P=1.1 kW, 230/400 V, 50 Hz, variable-speed gear-motor unit with mechanical speed regulation using a handwheel with a speed scale
- Stirrer shaft: d=30 mm, L=800 mm, with a sleeve coupling connecting it to the drive shaft. Shaft end has G half-inch male thread, material is stainless steel 1.4571 (V4A)
- Stirrer head: ViscoJet 3-fold, d=210 mm, hub thread G half-inch, material is stainless steel 1.4571 (V4A)
- Overhang: 505 mm from wall
- Lift stroke: 500 mm
- All other parts are made from mild steel and painted white
Column Agitator with Electric Height Adjustment
- Drive: P=1.5 kW, 230/400 V, 50 Hz, speed regulation with an integral frequency converter
- Stirrer shaft: d=30 mm, L=1,200 mm, with a sleeve coupling connecting it to the drive shaft. Shaft end has G half-inch male thread, material is stainless steel 1.4571 (V4A)
- Stirrer head: ViscoJet 3-fold, d=320 mm, hub thread G half-inch, material is stainless steel 1.4571 (V4A)
- Wall column: Electric, motor-driven height adjustment P=0.55 kW. Massive lift column with linear guiding with a ball-bushing set running on ground, hard-chrome-plated shafts. Trapezium-threaded spindle, two limit switches for upper and lower stroke limits and another for the operating position. The functional parts of the lifting system have stainless steel covers to protect them from dirt and damage.
- Overhang: 1,040 mm from wall
- Lift stroke: 1,200 mm, can be made up to 1,400 mm on request
- All other parts are made from mild steel and painted white.
Mobile Column Agitator
- Drive: P=1.5 kW, 230/400 V, 50 Hz, variable-speed gear-motor unit with mechanical speed regulation using a handwheel with a speed scale
- Stirrer shaft: d=30 mm, L=1,000 mm, with a sleeve coupling connecting it to the drive shaft. Shaft end has G half-inch male thread, material is stainless steel 1.4571 (V4A), installed in a cage with shaft-protection unit
- Stirrer head: ViscoJet 3-fold, d=320 mm, hub thread G half-inch, material is stainless steel 1.4571 (V4A)
- Stand: Massive lift column with linear guiding with a ball-bushing set running on ground, hard-chrome-plated shafts. Manual height adjustment with two roller chains and a counterweight in the lift column. Easy height adjustment with locking device with a switch limit for the working position. The functional parts of the lifting mechanism have stainless steel covers to protect them.
